1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the r baje platform at r-baje.ws, creating a player account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and r baje ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the r baje platform and close your account.

r baje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email to the address on file and display a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of r baje following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Use of the r baje platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

Age Verification

3. Account Registration and Security

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. r baje strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use any automated login tool or bot to access the platform.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify r baje support immediately at [email protected]. r baje will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

Contact Information

You are responsible for keeping your registered contact information — email address, mobile number, and physical address — up to date. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may delay identity verification, withdrawal processing, and bonus communications. Update your details via Account Settings or by contacting support.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on r baje are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). r baje does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency. Currency conversion is not offered on the platform.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

Self-Exclusion

A dormancy fee of ৳200 per month may be deducted from dormant account balances after the 12-month threshold is reached. The fee will not reduce an account balance below zero. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in — your account and any remaining balance will be restored immediately.
